My work aims to empower individuals and communities to be able to make nutrition education and healthcare support accessible in order to reduce health-inequities in the ethnic minority communities.
I have several years of experience in teaching and mentoring, both in Canada and Internationally. I enable participatory discussions, critical thinking, hands-on community-based experiential learning assignments /projects, and activities. I have a strong interest in giving back to the community and have been involved in providing nutrition education through local community organizations.
